I used UnionPay debit card from Myanmar/Burma for cash withdrawal (EURO 460) and the following are the fees shown to me on the ATM screens. 1. Santander ATM ask: 7 EURO 2. Euro Automatic Cash ATM ask: 5 EURO 3. Euronet worldwide ATM ask: 3.95 EURO 4. Sabadell ATM as: zero EURO

Hi Everyone, I find this topic is very useful for someone who is from non EU and considering to withdraw cash from Spanish ATMs before arriving Spain. This is one of the important budget planning elements. I used this website page to decide whether I should prepare more EURO cash before I arrived the country.
