Co-Owner of Camaradas Mexican-Italian Kitchen Camaradas was founded on January 2019 by Juventino Angeles and German Castellanos in the heart of Las Vegas where Mexican and Italian cuisine touch. Our team grew up on the strip, testing our fitness and polishing our skills in cutthroat fine-dining environments. Our mission that has inspired us is to bring our two favorite cuisines together-- Mexican and Italian-- in one place and have people try fine dining quality food at an approachable price. So far it has been a favorite by locals and out of staters alike-- and it's a great spot to take photo of what is soon to become an iconic brand! You have to try out our signature Chicken Tinga, Wet Burrito, Huarache, Hoagie Roll, Alfredo Fettuccine, and Rigatoni Bolognose--where else will you find this?!
