Let me take you on an alternative walking tour of the place were I grew up. And as we go I'll paint a picture of its past, present and future, on a voyage of how it was and how it will be now the dust has finally settled, in a space full of people just happy to be here.

This walk begins in Pinhão train station and allows us to go at the hilltop of Casal de Loivos, a small village close to Pinhão. It’s a short walk but it shows perfectly the magnificent Douro valley: villages, valleys, vineyards and olive trees.
