What Ithaka does

On Ithaka, travelers can fully personalise their trip plans by chatting with experienced travelers from our community. We're talking deep personalisation through a conversation of the kind that flows between friends.

What your role will involve:

Growth execution: We are aggressively growing our community of travelers, and you will be involved in executing growth projects across different streams. Expect to work on digital ads, partnerships with hostels and existing communities, PR, offline events and content, publicity stunts and a whole lot more
Owning analytics for Community: This involves maintaining stats for the community, keeping track of key metrics and running analyses to deep dive when needed
Designing processes: The program is young and evolving and as we grow there will be a constant need for new processes across onboarding, training, success, redeeming rewards, community meetups, etc

You will be involved in different projects, often projects where you have no prior experience. If the thought of making your way through those situations excites you, write to us.

Compensation

₹8L – ₹12L

Requirements

2 years experience in growth/execution related roles
Ability to quickly pick up tools and build systems
Intermediate data analysis skills over MongoDB
Common sense and super high standard of quality
