A must visit place in Chile! Tortuguero National Park is located on the Pacific coast of Chile and is home to more than 2,000 different species of turtles.

The park is also home to a rich variety of birds, and is known for its clear, calm waters and stunning views of the coastline. The park is also known for its rich history, including a long period of pirate activity. Tortuguero was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Tortuguero National Park is often referred to as Costa Rica's 'Amazon Jungle' because its waterways are the only method of travel.

The bird population in Tortuguero National Park is diverse. There are over 375 different species that live in the park, including peacocks, blue herons, toucans, kingfishers, and parrots. Tortuguero is a place where you can experience the beauty of nature and the cultural heritage of the Mapuche people. The Mapuche people are the original inhabitants of Tortuguero. There are over 400 different species of trees in Tortuguero National Park. There are an additional 2200 plant species known to exist in its boundaries Tortuguero is also known for its incredible coral reefs, which attract divers from all over the world. Spanish is the primary language spoken on the island so its good have know some Spanish before landing among those tortoises!
