What to expect from this place?

Technically, Monastery of Lotus Sutra (Miu Fat Buddhist Monastery) is not a tourist spot. However, the architecture is stunning. It has some interesting stuff to explore with a bit physically demanding stairs to climb. The complex is divided into two buildings: One is an old one which is situated further from the direction of light rail station. Another new structure is close to the station. Enjoy your trip and have a wonderful day!

How to reach Monastery of Lotus Sutra (Miu Fat Buddhist Monastery)?

The direction is pretty easy, we need to cross the bridge (a few seonds after landing off the lght rail) over Castle Peak Road (Lam Tei) after our light rail ride at Lam Tei Station. We will see two archways (a minute walk from the bridge) of the villages. If we can't see three stuff we are looking for, then we are pretty much on the wrong direction. The next one is Lam Tei Village (Lam Tei Main Street). Lam Tei Main Street access to Lam Tei Village which is quite interesting for those who are keen to have a light touch of local culture. Afterwards, we will see the stunning Monastery of Lotus Sutra!
