Unraveling the Beauty of Kenya
Traveling may as well be old as the beginning of time and its definition varies from ages and ages without doubts! What is traveling anyway if it doesn't entail an African Safari in its itinerary to be precise Kenyan Safaris?
Kenya may as well be a developing country that is not there yet! But it's vast in wildlife, with an amazing mix of beauty and history combined, cultural diversity ranging from different dialects makes it the richest. If words were used to describe her in prose better yet! She fit no description. There many reasons everyone should fix Kenya safari in their travel the world bucket list not only because it's my native land now that I am posting this blog but because of a litany of reasons I think are apt for me to recommend.
Amazing Wildlife
Which to be honest I still think my country is prolly the best place to catch or sight any animal with superb safaris commencing with the bush and ending on the beaches with very certified travel operators behind the screen orchestrating a remarkable safari for you and yours from rough roads in the bush to sandy beaches along the coast, those who seek summer when things go winter or should I phrase it like John Snow from the Game of Thrones phrases it "Winter is here" it's time to seek a hedonistic tour of a sun and sand in Kenya since it lies on the Equator hence promising a great weather for anyone seeking the same.
The Big Five
It's also the perfect place to discover the Big Five and definitely happen to Know the reasons why is it called the big five but I might do you the honor of hinting the reason behind the term; “Big Five" is a term that is used to refer to the 5 African animals that early big game hunters considered most difficult and dangerous animals to hunt on foot in Africa. These include: African Elephant; which happens to be the largest land animal in the world thought you should know, The Lion; I had to use The before the name because this animal is often referred to as the King of the jungle because it is the fiercest and largest predator on land, Leopards; unlike the lions or any other member of the wild cat family, if it could be classified in the personalities spectrum it would be a nonchalant melancholy for its the most elusive of all the big five since they mostly hunt during the night and are rare animal to sight unless in an enclosure of a park or so, Buffalo; is perhaps the most dangerous to humans among the big five and are more protective and territorial and when threatened they are known to charge aggressively. Lastly the Rhino; are so endangered and there exist two types of their kind; the black and white Rhino which are classified based on not their color but their body structure difference.
The Big Five
The Small Five
Kenya is also the land to discover if only you lucky enough; here comes the mysterious Five this or that. another category of the "Small 5” the term was introduced by a conservationist who wanted to draw attention to the small creatures of the bush many of whom are just fascinating and perhaps harder to spot than the larger ones which make perfect sense, I mean they are small, and everybody can affirm to that. In a clever marketing quirk, their names corresponded to those of the Big Five celebrities and in this way, the Elephant becomes an elephant shrew, the Rhino becomes the rhino beetle, the Buffalo becomes the buffalo weaver, The Lion becomes the lion ant and the Leopard becomes the leopard tortoise. but when you come across the small five and you keen enough to examine them carefully it will begin to dawn to you that their names attributed from some features they have that matches those of the Big Five hence it will be eminent to you the reason behind the conservationist giving them the corresponding names.
The Small Five
The Marine Big Five
There is also another fascinating and alluring natural beauty and an enough reason to visit the Kenyan coastal region of warm azure ocean, swaying coconut palms on white sandy beaches only in coastal Marine parks where if you're lucky enough you can see another category of The Big Five classifying the marine life which comprises of the dolphins, whales, sharks, sea turtles, and billfish. The reserves also provide ideal opportunities for diving, snorkeling, water skiing, sunbathing as well as windsurfing.
Amazing Birdlife
Ornithologist or any other, whose interests are in bird watching probably here is the place to be because there are a bazillion species of birds which totals to 1,100 species. That's a mouthful number to even imagine seeing them with your naked eyes leave alone zooming behind the binoculars or that canon camera lens. Thanks to God for all the beauty and wonders he bestowed us with.

Great Culinary
Have we just had that wholesome safari of conquering treacherous wild safaris, rough off roads in the bush without just having the thought of food cross our minds? Oh no! We must talk about food coz why are we here anyway? Kenya has vast culinary and talking of vast I mean the cuisines you will get here are as diverse as the people and their culture just enough to arouse your taste buds with no doubt about that, the only place in the world where you can just stumble upon any eatery whether intercontinental or remote, whether serving international dishes right at your table to that offering a delicious game meat for you to gratify your rumbling stomach and your salivating taste buds.

Vibrant Arts and Fashion
Without being judgmental or basing it on personality types coz am probably the melancholy/phlegmatic who is zealous for arts and fashion and if there is anyone with the zeal of the same, Kenya prolly should be the place you should be planning to explore for their vibrant arts and fashion which is also based on culture and lets not talk about how it differs as well from different culture to another so you can have a variety of options at your disposal for you to opt what suits you best for taking back home as a souvenir.

Beauty within the Geological Features
"The beauty of Kenya is like that of a flower of gold in settings of silver" well maybe the connotation of the phrase are that it's a land graced with the beauty of nature as well as that of its inhabitants, not like it's the only country on the planet earth or in the world but its beauty makes it unique amongst many of its kind. Imagine of the Great Geological features which comprise of the Great Rift Valley running North to South for around 4,000 miles (6,400 kilometers) from Northern Syria to Central Mozambique in East Africa. Astronauts refer to it as the most significant physical detail on the planet since its visible from space and it is graced with spectacular sceneries and abundance of wildlife and a series of thirty lakes including the Lake Victoria which happens to be amongst the series of lakes lying along its length and the second geological feature on the line of hints and also the second largest freshwater lake by surface area in the world and it forms the boundaries between Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda as well as being rich in fish life. Mt Kenya falls under the third geological feature and happens to be the highest mountain in Kenya and the second highest in Africa after Kilimanjaro. There is also the Indian Ocean which is the third largest of the world's ocean division 70, 560,000 km square bounded by Asia on the North, on the west by Africa, on the East by Australia and the South by the Southern Ocean. Deserts of the North is the fifth geological feature which makes me feel like everything should be five this or that maybe we should classify them under the Great Five, this is Chalbi desert albeit it's a small desert in Northern Kenya despite being under category "Great” near the border with Ethiopia and East of Lake Turkana which lies along the length of the Great Rift Valley.

Cradle of Humankind
It is also believed that Africa and not to generalize, Kenya to be specific is the precision Cradle of Humankind. I won't postulate the so many shreds of evidence supporting the archeologist theories but I am a creationist who conquered and overshadowed the platitude of evolution but you can as well pay a visit coz there as many prehistoric sites enough for anyone to examine and witness what it's like to have a medieval broad skull and some fractured bones coz probably there was no way they could have fixed that!
There are probably five prehistoric sites in Kenya propping the theory of evolution.
Kariandusi near Lake Elementaita the site of hand-ax man was discovered in 1928. Arise in the lake level drove prehistoric men from their lakeside home and buried all the tools and weapons that were left behind.
Olorgesaillie is an Eastern Rift Valley about 70 km south of the Capital City (Nairobi) this site is significant for geology, paleontology as well as archeology. Volcano ashes helped to preserve many animal fossils as well as some now extinct animals. There has been found an abundance of hand axes and the first human fossils were unearthed here as well as the skull if a Homo erectus.
Hyrax Hill is near Nakuru one of the many cities in Kenya and rich in tourism as well, Hyrax Hill is considered as one of the country's most important Neolithic excavation sites. Hyrax dates from 1500 B.C and was discovered by Louis and Mary Leakey in 1926. Where a fortress and several tombs were discovered.
Pate Island is on the Kenyan North coast. Human activity dating back from the 7th century and has been discovered in this ancient port town. Chinese porcelain artifacts were discovered proving that the Chinese were trading in Africa centuries back.
Koobi Fora is a source of hominin fossils shedding light on the evolution of man over the previous 42 million years but far exceeding the number of humanoid fossils is the non-humanoid fossils giving detailed look at the fauna and flora as far beyond as the Miocene era.
