Terms and Conditions
- We welcome everyone without judgment and we are expecting the same open mind from our guests. We authorize our staff to show the door to or refuse any person showing disrespectful or violent behavior.
- Check in time is 2 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. It varies depending on our check outs for that day, but you can expect to be settled in by around 2 P.M. If you arrive before your room is ready we will happily and securely store your bags at reception while you head to the beach in front of the property or go explore the town.
- Check out is from 7:30 A.M. to max 11:00 A.M. Feel free to leave your bags at reception if you are not traveling onward right away. We will keep your belongings safe.
- Reception hours are from 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. You need to inform us if you want an early check out or a late check in. You can address the restaurant next door for a late check in but if we weren’t informed, the reservation might count as a no show.
- Please help us keep our planet beautiful and clean by recycling properly and composting during your stay with us. Do not throw trash on the land, please use the garbage bins.
- Identify your food in the refrigerator to avoid it being thrown out in the compost on Friday (deep fridge cleaning day).
- NO PETS policy. We already have three dogs and three cats on the property plus the neighboring dogs who come to visit from time to time against our will. We can’t allow guests to bring their pet, as a matter of safety for the pets and respect for the other guests.
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas.
- We reserve ourselves the right to add 5$ to 100$ charge to your bill if you damage property, disregard smoking signs, disturb other guests or decide not to clean up after yourself in the communal kitchen.
- We require the payment in cash (USD or colone) or Paypal for the reservation upon arrival. If you can’t pay right away, we will need an ID deposit until the payment is completed.
- All prices include taxes.
- A 5$ Key Deposit in cash is required upon check in. This deposit will be refunded at check out when you return your key.
- If you don’t inform us of an early check out, we reserve ourselves the right to keep your key deposit without refund.
