My wife and I have been pretty fortunate over the last few years to be able to travel to various places around the world. Many people have asked me how we were able to do it as grad students (my wife has since graduated and become a full-time teacher and I’m on track to earn my PharmD in May 2018 ). In a nutshell, the answer is credit card points, airline miles, hotel points, and creative ways of obtaining travel gift cards that can be used towards a vacation. This is a topic that has been talked about ad nauseam among multiple blogs and websites. The overall goal of this site is to help you travel using the least amount of cash possible and to get the best value for the miles you may have accrued. I’ll also add must-see places for various destinations we have visited, reviews of travel products, airlines, airline lounges, hotels, credit card reviews, and occasional videos that demonstrate how to transfer points from Chase or American Express into a frequent flier program. If anything I may have posted ends up helping you, I would really appreciate if you shared this site with friends and family. For full disclosure, I don’t have any financial relationships with anything I review. Were that to change in the future, I’d make that pretty clear. If you have any questions with regards to a particular post, leave a comment and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for reading. – Shiraz
